Recipes: Vegan 3 bean Chili, Nacho Cheese Sauce, Hemp Sour Cream
In this workshop we will be learning how to make a 30 minute meal using simple ingredients and spices. You will learn when to add spices to a dish to optimize flavor and also the health benefits of certain spices and herbs! We will also be making a nacho cheese sauce from familiar veggies as well as a homemade health supportive sour cream. This is a hands on and informative workshop. First 20 minutes will be a food demo, then we will make the food and share the food together! We will assemble everything into a delectable and healthy Chili Cheese Nacho Dish
